Is it true that, all the indian citizens are equal before law?

Several legal scholars, senior lawyers of the Supreme Court, eminent civil society members and leading newspaper editorials have been relentlessly articulating the various pitfalls and violations in every step related to the conduct of the case between an ordinary women employee of the Court and the Chief justice of India. They have been pointing out the violations in the procedures related to the   conduct of the enquiries conducted so far, only with the intention of safe guarding the prestige and credibility of our judicial system. From these sources the readers have been learning about the lack of level fielding opportunity between the two parties. The simple step the CJI can do is to keep himself away from all judicial functions till the verdict  is delivered in this case if, he is interested in safe guarding his image and that of the highest Court of this nation. What is the use of having so many women protection laws, when women with humble back rounds   approach the courts with sexual harassment complaints and that too, against persons with authority is treated with such unjust manner using every loop holes in the procedures? Is a supreme court chief justice above the law of this nation ?The protection of Judiciary’s credibility is more important than the protection of any individual’s image.
